We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at strongmindstrongheartsupport@gmail.com.
We’ll review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your return request and, if applicable, received and inspected the returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
